**ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELLED AFTER CHECKOUT** 

Accessories, Clearance and/or Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, odors, etc. will not be accepted. Items must be in resalable condition. This includes excessive wrinkling. Please fold your merchandise before packaging it for return or exchange. If an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable items returned to you, they will be donated to a non-profit organization.

Merchandise purchased from our online store may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 30 days of delivery.  If items are returned after 30 days, return shipping will be paid by the customer within three business days or the item(s) will be donated to a non-profit organization.

A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-12 business days after we receive and accept the returned item.

SHIPPING/EXCHANGES/DEFECTS

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Wicked Chic ME is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

Wicked Chic ME is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive the return, and 7-12 business days for our return department to process the store credit.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items ordered online. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

If you have received an item with any defects, please contact our store within 3 days of receiving the order to inform us of the issue. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
